Stevens, a Professional Land Surveyor licensed in the State of California(LS 6649).  Mr. Stevens has more than 40 years experience in the land surveying, planning, and land use professions augmenting his work within the civil engineering professions.  Due to his firms unique position in the industry and widely recognized professional expertise, Mr. Stevens is recognized by the courts and the legal profession as a land surveyor expert witness in California.  Mr. Stevens has worked for private Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firms and was Chief of Land Surveys for the California Department of Transportation Caltrans Contra Costa County office in 1991 and 1992.  His responsibilities at L.A. Stevens & Associates, Inc. include, but are not limited to, researching recorded and unrecorded documents; boundary analysis and determination; deed preparation; and the set-up, supervision and final scheduling of fieldwork.  Mr. Stevens is available to act as the chief of party on any survey crew requiring his expertise as a Professional Land Surveyor.

Mr. Stevens has spent his entire career working in Northern California, beginning in 1979 with Frost, Meglio & Associates in San Rafael, California.  Eight years later he went to work for Caltrans as an Assistant Land Surveyor and concurrently provided technical surveying services to the following firms:  Kenneth A. Frost, Civil Engineer, Vincent A. Meglio, Civil Engineer, and Arthur J. Lang, Civil Engineer.  Mr. Stevens opened L.A.
